Meet the Team

  • I’m deeply passionate about helping individuals navigate life's transitions—from menopause to anxiety, depression, infertility, and the challenges of parenting. Life can feel overwhelming during these times, but with the right tools and support, you can reclaim your power and find a path forward. Change is not only possible; it’s within your reach.

In addition to my work with clients, I’ve had the privilege of teaching at the University of Baltimore, where I strive to inspire future generations of mental health professionals. My mission is to empower my students with the understanding that the heart of therapy lies in the relationship between therapist and client. This connection is the foundation for meaningful change to take root.

It’s this same philosophy that I bring to my work with you: real transformation begins with connection. I’m here to help you break free from the patterns that are no longer serving you and support you as you step into the next chapter of your life with confidence and clarity.

Together, we’ll create the space for you to heal, grow, and thrive. The education, insight, and guidance you need to foster lasting change are all available to you—right now.

  • I currently serve as an adjunct professor at Southern Methodist University as part of their Masters of Science in Counseling Program. I also supervise interns who are completing requirements for licensed professional counselor certification.

I also lead training seminars in which LPCs in the state of Texas can receive CEUs. The focus of each seminar is related to the study of archetypal patterns.

As an archetypal pattern analyst, I specialize in understanding the archetypal meaning of fairy tales and their application today. For the past several years, I have led fairy tale discussion groups for women who want to know more about the human psyche. I have also translated fairy tales as a conference and webinar presenter for the Assisi Institute.
